Welcome to the new Chair

Based on the fact that women are under-represented in the finance industry, Amala Partners, Ardian, Eight Advisory, Lombard Odier, Ondra, Vauban Infrastructure Partners and ESCP decided to create the Women in Finance Chair co-directed by Prof. Almudena Canibano, Professor of HRM, ESCP Paris Campus, and Marion Festing, Professor of HRM, ESCP Berlin Campus.

Identify the reasons behind this state of affairs, as well as the best practices and pitfalls, attract, retain and promote women in Finance… those topics will be discussed during this launching event.
